By accessing and using LabNCloud ("the Service"), a platform owned and operated by Patriot Dental Supplies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
LabNCloud provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for dental laboratories to manage cases, billing, and doctor portals. Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis.
The Service is billed on a 30-day recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method every 30 days for the subscription fee. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
To utilize our payment processing features powered by Finix, users must undergo a strict verification process. You must provide a valid business license and demonstrate that you are a legitimate dental laboratory (e.g., by importing past cases or providing other requested documentation). We reserve the right to deny or revoke payment processing capabilities at our sole discretion if verification fails.
LabNCloud relies on third-party services to provide necessary functionality. Patriot Dental Supplies LLC is not responsible or liable for any actions, failures, delays, or damages caused by these third-party integrations.
As a platform handling digital impressions, patient prescriptions, and names (Protected Health Information or PHI), LabNCloud operates under HIPAA guidelines as a Business Associate to your laboratory (the Covered Entity). By utilizing LabNCloud to store PHI:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall LabNCloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
